Join the
Gino's Family
For close to 40 years, the Gino's name has meant one thing: everyone who walks through the door gets treated like family. That goes for our guests, and it goes just as much for the people behind the counter.
Our Sandy Hook parlor is busy, friendly and fast — pies coming out of the oven all day, regulars who know your name, and a crew that looks out for each other. Whether this is your first job or your fifteenth year in restaurants, we'll train you, schedule you fairly, and give you room to grow.

Now Hiring in Sandy Hook
We're looking for Cashiers and Servers to join our crew on Church Hill Road. Full-time and part-time, days and evenings, with schedules that work around your life.
Cashier
You're the first voice our customers hear and the first face they see. Cashiers keep the front counter moving — taking orders, ringing up takeout, and making sure every pie leaves the building hot and correct.
What You'll Do
-
Greet guests at the counter and answer the phones with a friendly, upbeat attitude
-
Take takeout and phone orders accurately and enter them in the POS
-
Handle cash and card payments and close out your drawer
-
Box, check and hand off takeout orders
-
Keep the counter, cooler and front of house clean and stocked
What We're Looking For
-
16 or older (working papers required if under 18)
-
Comfortable with a register, a phone and a busy counter
-
Dependable — you show up when you say you will
-
Weekend and evening availability; restaurant experience is a plus, not a must
Server
Servers run our dining room. You'll walk guests through the menu, keep your section moving, and turn first-timers into the regulars who come back every Friday.
What You'll Do
-
Greet and seat guests, then take food, beer and wine orders
-
Know the menu — specialty pies, pastas, salads, wraps and Italian entrées
-
Run food, refill drinks and keep an eye on every table in your section
-
Close out checks and process payments accurately
-
Handle side work: resetting tables, rolling silverware, restocking
What We're Looking For
-
18 or older (required to serve beer and wine in Connecticut)
-
Serving experience preferred — we'll train the right person without it
-
Steady on your feet and calm through a rush
-
Weekend and evening availability, and a team-first attitude
